Shipping policy
Everything you need to know about how your LetraMap print reaches you — where it's produced, how long it takes and what to do if anything goes wrong.
Local production, closer than you think
Your print is produced locally in each of the main shipping regions — European Union, United Kingdom, United States, Canada and Australia. No transatlantic wait, no customs charges within these areas: your Algeciras (or Vitoria, or Madrid) is composed by me in Spain and printed near you.
Shipping regions and cost
Shipping is included in the price for orders sent to the European Union, United Kingdom, United States, Canada and Australia — for both rolled and framed prints.
For any other destination, email me for a quote before ordering: international shipping to other countries is possible but the cost varies and I prefer to confirm it with you.
Delivery times
Delivery times are counted from the moment the print leaves for production:
- Rolled prints: 5-8 business days
- Framed prints: 6-10 business days
Delivery times outside the main regions may be longer and will be confirmed with your quote.
When does the print leave for production?
For standard orders from the catalogue, prints leave for production within one business day of your order.
For bespoke orders (custom designs and personalisations), production begins once you approve the design proof. The design process itself takes place before this — I'll be in touch by email shortly after your purchase.
Tracking
You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. If you don't see it in your inbox, please check your spam folder before reaching out.
If something goes wrong
Delayed, lost or damaged in transit — it happens rarely, but when it does I take care of it. Framed prints are packed with extra protection, but if yours arrives with any damage, send me a photo within 48 hours of delivery to info@letramap.com and I'll arrange a replacement.
Customs and import duties
There are no customs charges within the main shipping regions (EU, UK, US, Canada, Australia) thanks to local production.
For destinations outside these regions, import duties or local taxes may apply on delivery, depending on your country's rules. These are the buyer's responsibility, and I'll flag any relevant considerations when confirming your quote.
Any other questions?
Just write to me — I answer every email personally, usually within 24-48 hours.
